Advocate Lepeli Moeketsi is a human rights lawyer with over 10 years’ experience defending vulnerable communities and advancing rights-based development in Lesotho and beyond.
He holds a Master’s in Human Rights from the University of the Free State, alongside degrees in Philosophy and Law from leading institutions in Lesotho and South Africa.
As Programs Manager at Seinoli Legal Centre, he drives strategic advocacy, and community empowerment, ensuring that development projects respect human dignity, equity, and justice.
Moeketsi is recognised as an expert in human rights and development, bridging grassroots struggles with international human rights law to secure accountability and amplify the voices of marginalised communities
